Sorandy Designs
was founded as an independent division of our established business in 2023.
Primary focus
of our business is a mixture of custom design and manufacturing, but thanks to our extensive network of clients, we needed a way to offer all the adjacent products and services we offer, as well as offer our individual retail customers to quickly grab what they need.
We also need a multi language platform for our foreign customers, as we operate in a range of markets from the Americas, over Europe and Asia to Australia.
Secondary focus
of Sorandy Designs are corporate and individual services. Something we have done exclusively for a select few customers in the past is now available for wider audience to take advantage of. We are able to help in a number of product and service categories in multiple ways.

If you need to see the material type, we can provide a free sample of some of our previous non-confidential work to you. The transportation charges are the customer's responsibility.
If you need to see the material type and your own designs, we charge a set fee for this type of specific sample. The fee is refundable with a following order.
Production time depends on many factors such as location, shipping method, quantity, material and surface treatment.
Standard wait time for sample is 3-4 days.
Production time is usually between 7-10 days.

Yes, we can offer to deal with your company in a VAT chain from a Thai based company.
International VAT is subject to respective laws and regulations.
Yes, in most cases we do require a 50% deposit, before accepting any order.
This is true for all custom made orders.
Stock items do not require custom production, therefore they do not require a deposit.
The main reason is the custom nature of the orders. We cannot simply re-sell a custom designed product if the customer changes their mind.
This ensures our ability to commit production time and resources, as well as pay for the materials and tooling required for your custom order to be fulfilled.
As a general rule, we do not.
However if we have a long term working relationship and terms and conditions of your new project are sufficiently attractive, we are open to discussing a possibility of an exception to this rule.
