Lead time depends on specification, quantity, approvals, production capacity, packing and destination. The relevant estimate is provided with the project quotation.
Vector artwork is preferred where available. Send brand guidelines, colour references and the best files you have; we will identify any production-artwork requirements.
Confidentiality and NDA requirements can be discussed before sensitive project information is shared and must be agreed by the relevant parties.
Deposits, milestones, currency and payment timing are defined in the quotation or contract for each custom project. Ready-stock purchases follow the checkout terms.
International delivery can be planned as part of the quotation. Destination, packing, documentation, transport method and commercial responsibility are confirmed for the order.
For NFC, RFID and related products, include the reader or system, frequency or chip requirement, memory, encoding, surface or environment and any testing needs.
